All orders are processed within 1-3 days. Our average delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after processing. Please note this is not a guarantee, only an estimate.

Order Cancellations

After the 1-3 day processing period, we are unable to cancel any orders. Once your order is registered within the warehouse system, it cannot be pulled back.

Refusing or Returning an Order

If you no longer wish to receive your order:

• You may refuse delivery when it arrives
• Or return the product to our warehouse at your own shipping expense
